Our Story

After years of leading high-pressure Fortune 500 teams, founder Mikki took a sabbatical to focus on her health and discovered the power of social fitness. Mikki found that meaningful walks with family and friends became her greatest source of joy and holistic wellbeing. After experiencing how combining physical and genuine social connection dramatically improved her mood and overall health, Mikki was inspired to create a service that brings this same joy to others. She envisioned a community where women and seniors can stay active, safe, and social while empowering their independence. Today, StrideTogether's certified companions help clients across Washington County transform everyday walks into powerful social and wellness adventures..
